Emilie's Quilt Haus offers two meal plans. The continental breakfast is part of both meal plans. All members of a retreat must choose the same meal plan although special diets can be accommodated. You may bring your own snacks and drinks and use the refrigerator, toaster, and microwave in the quilt haus.

 

Plan 1 - Breakfast Only - $60 per night per person, minimum of 5 people for two nights

 

  • A self-serve breakfast is served in both the main house and the quilt haus.
  • You can choose instant oatmeal, cream of wheat, dry cereal, yogurt, and muffins or bread. In addition, jams, jellies, peanut butter, butter, milk and half&half are available.
  • Beverages include coffee, tea, and juice.
  • Boiled eggs are provided upon request.
  • Brunch is provided on the last day of your retreat about 11 AM.
  • You may bring your own food for lunch and dinner. You and your friends can cook meals in the large barn kitchen. The main kitchen has pots and pans, crock pot, instant pot, serving dishes, glasses, plates, utensils, and napkins.
  • Table setting and kitchen clean-up is provided so you can get back to quilting>

 

 

Plan 2 - Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner- $75 per night per person, minimum of 5 people for two nights

 

  • Includes the self-serve breakfast above and as well as brunch on your last day.
  • Brunch is provided on the last day of your retreat about 11 AM.
  • Meals are served in the barn.
  • All food is freshly prepared. 
  • You may choose Lunch or dinner for each day.
  • Lunch consists of sandwiches, salad, cookie and tea.
  • Dinner consists of an entree, vegetables or salad, bread, dessert, and tea. See sample menu for more information.

 

Cost

 

  • Either plan requires a minimum of five people staying two nights each.
  • Price includes hotel and sales tax.

 

Deposit

 

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve Emilie's Quilt Haus up to a year in advance. Cancellations must be made at least three months prior to the event.
